DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP) -- The only Earnhardt racing in the Daytona 500 will pay tribute to the late Dale Earnhardt two decades after his lone victory in "The Great American Race."
Jeffrey Earnhardt, a 28-year-old driver for StarCom Racing, will wear a special helmet to honor his grandfather "Pawpaw Dale" on the 20-year anniversary of The Intimidator's memorable win in 1998.
Jeffrey Earnhardt also is the nephew of star Dale Earnhardt Jr., who retired at the end last season.
