Last race: Defending series champion Kyle Busch extended his annual winning streak in NASCAR's top series to 16 years with a victory Wednesday in the rain-delayed race at Texas, his first victory since he won at Homestead in the final race of 2019 to claim the championship.

Fast facts: Busch joins Richard Petty, David Pearson, Jimmie Johnson, Ricky Rudd and Rusty Wallace in that 16 straight club, but he's not finished. Pearson did it 17 straight years, and Petty 18 straight. ... Kevin Harvick leads Denny Hamlin by 21 points and Brad Keselowski by 33 in the points standings with one race left before the championship field of four is set.... Martinville, at 0.526 miles, is the shortest and oldest track in the series.

Moffitt is fourth, 41 points back, followed by three-time — and defending — series champion Matt Crafton. ... Tyler Ankrum, the fourth GMS driver still in contention, is eighth and 113 points back and would likely need to win to qualify for the round of four.
