AVONDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Joe Garone and J.D. Gibbs will be inducted into the West Coast Stock Car Hall of Fame this year.

The inductees were announced Sunday at ISM Raceway before the NASCAR Cup Series race.

Garone is the president and general manager of Furniture Row Racing, the Denver-based team that won the NASCAR Cup title last season with driver Martin Truex Jr. Garone also was a successful crew chief in regional series.

Gibbs, the son of Super Bowl-winning coach and race team owner Joe Gibbs, is an executive at Joe Gibbs Racing. He also drove in NASCAR'S Xfinity and Truck series.

Drivers Oren Prosser and Greg Pursley and NASCAR and open-wheel owner Dick Woodland also will be inducted June 21 in Napa, California. The late Larry Albedi, "The Voice of Sears Point," will be inducted as a media member.

Five Heritage inductees will be announced later.
