BROOKLYN, Mich. (AP) — Kyle Larson is a race-car driver, not a body builder.

He made that clear after a young reporter asked him at Sunday's postrace news conference how many pushups he can do.

"Oh, 40 or 50," Larson said after winning the NASCAR Cup Series race at Michigan. "I'm not going to do it right now, but I think I could do about 40 or 50 in a row. I don't know if that's good or bad or what. Danica could probably do more, so that's probably not very good."

The youngster asking the question was at the race as part of the Kids Drive NASCAR program.
