PHILADELPHIA -- NASCAR is ready to take over Philadelphia streets.

Pocono Raceway and Dover International Speedway have teamed up for the second Philadelphia takeover on May 9. Xfinity Series cars from JR Motorsports, Roush Fenway Racing and Richard Childress Racing will be out in city streets during the afternoon. There will be a pit stop in front of city hall.

Xfinity drivers will visit Philadelphia landmarks that include the Franklin Institute and Reading Terminal Market. There will be a fan fest at the Comcast Center and drivers will also hit a Phillies game that night.

Darrell Wallace is among the drivers expected to attend.

Philadelphia-based Comcast Corp. is the title sponsor of NASCAR's second-tier racing series. Xfinity is Comcast's residential cable and Internet provider.

Dover and Pocono also will go head-to-head in the annual rivalry day on May 3 at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Matt Kenseth (Team Pocono) and Martin Truex Jr. (Team Dover) head the rosters in competitive games of softball, kickball and more. The event is free for fans with tickets to that night's Lehigh Valley IronPigs game.
